**Burch Food Services is now offering sign on and referral bonuses.**

All full-time new hires will receive a **$500.00 sign on bonus** upon their 6 month anniversary. Referral bonuses areoffered to current employees that refer new employees. The employee that referred the new employee will receive $100.00 at the new employee's 3 month anniversary and another $100.00 at their 6 month anniversary.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

* To conform to all HACCP, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice procedures. To complete any additional food safety tasks such as calibration of scales, chemicals or scales.

* To be trained for all production tasks including assembly, cooking, material handlers II, packout, meat slicer, labeling, prepping, and cold production to complete tasks as needed for production.

* To be trained to operate some or all of the following production equipment: Stratus, Rock-Tenn, Mixer, Slicer, Cooking Equipment, Dishwasher, etc.

* To adhere to recipes accurately and report any corrections to the Production Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager or QA.

* To maintain quality standards by checking for quality ingredients and reporting any concerns to the Production Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager or QA.

* To maintain organized supplies in the coolers, freezers or pantry. To check supplies to be incorporated into future production needs.

* To clean and maintain equipment and report any concerns. To complete cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned.

* To assist in training of new employees (or retrain with current employees) on HACCP guidelines, company standards and how to properly use production equipment.

* To coordinate mockups as requested, food demos and any other special projects as requested.

* To complete all tasks safely and to immediately report any unsafe act or conditions and all accidents/near misses to Production Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.

* To perform temporary task assignments as required by the Team Leaders, Production Supervisor, and Production Manager such as packout, prep for special events, or all other tasks as deemed necessary.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**

* Work 1st Shift Primarily 4:30AM to 1:30 PM

* Lift 30 lbs.

* Protective Clothing: Hairnet, Beardnet, Vinyl Gloves, Aprons, Slip-Resistant Shoes, Uniforms

* Ability to Retrieve/Restock Product as needed (Coolers: 35F to 40F / Freezers: -10F to 0F)
