**Production Team Member** **DIRECT HIRE**

**Shift: 3rd Shift**

**Reports to: Jason McNelly**

**Work Location: Warrensburg, MO**

We have an exciting opportunity at our Warrensburg, MO location for a hands-on problem solver who is excited about taking us to the NEXT level.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

* Previous production/light industrial employment experience is preferred

* Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)

* Demonstrated ability to work within established safety guidelines for the plant and assigned work area

* Ability to work in a factory environment with exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, heat, moving machinery and fork lift traffic

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* High School Diploma or GED

* Previous working experience in a manufacturing production facility preferred

* Standing for long periods of time (8-10 hours per day). Occasional lifting to maximum of 25 lbs. Ability to continuously bend and stoop over long periods of time performing repetitive tasks

* Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check
