**Billing Support Specialist Job Full Time**

Hexagon is recruiting a Specialist responsible for the daily billing support processes including but not limited to customer and contract set-up, case resolution and client adjustments.

**Responsibilities:**

* Additional duties include the compliance of billing requirements

* Reconciliation of customer billing issues and resolution of cases

* Processing of adjustments, volume discounts, service changes, pricing changes

* Ability to investigate and resolve issues with some supervision

* Suggestion of process improvements

* Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients

* Create manual invoices as needed to meet customer requirements

* Follow company policies and procedures
